A hard-wearing flat roof formed on site

A GRP system creates a rigid, seamless laminate over a stable deck. It suits garages, extensions, dormers, porches and bay-window roofs where a clean, hard-wearing surface is wanted. Our qualified installer has more than 20 years' experience with fibreglass flat roof work in Newark. We prepare the deck, form corners and upstands, then apply the fibreglass laminate so the field of the roof works as one continuous layer. Defined perimeter trims finish the edges, and a protective topcoat completes the surface once the laminate has been correctly formed.

Dry conditions and careful detailing matter

GRP needs suitable dry weather for correct application and curing, so we programme installation around conditions rather than gambling with the finish. Before laying the system, we assess the falls and outlets that carry water from the roof. Wall abutments, roof lights and other penetrations receive formed details because these are common weak points when rushed. Unsound deck areas must be renewed before the laminate goes down. Your written quote explains the preparation and complete scope, including the applicable guarantee where cover is provided.
